kial started singing "happy birthday to me" from the MOMENT she got up today. she had a fun filled, attention seeking day and was really tired by the time she sat down to watch tv tonight.

i love this funny, smart, sweet kid of mine. so lucky she's mine.

kial was so brave at the doctor when she had to get her jellyfish sting scar injected. i could tell how much ithurt by how she pointed her toes, but she barely even made a sound. she did milk it for all it was worth afterwards with breakfast (and lunch to go) from panera and ice-cream after school.

jas, kial & i saw "up" this evening (ceb is going with a friend tomorrow). it was SO sweet and touching...kial & jas both thought it was too sad, but we all loved it.

i am not cool enough to have a sunroof , but i can stick my camera out the window and just hold the button down. i tried it today and i was happy with the results! thanks for the inspiration rob!

jas and i went and saw "new in town" at the new thornton place theaters. they are doing a preview of the theater with $2 movies, popcorn & drinks! we decided to go back again tonight with kial (ceb has plans) to see "dark knight" in imax! it should be a blast!

truly the best part of flying (other than going somewhere else) is looking out the window and seeing something beautiful.

jas, kial & i headed out to columbus, ohio on friday morning. jason's aunt is turning 70 and her kids are throwing her a surprise party. we will get to see his grandmother as well. she is 93 and not as spry as she used to be.

ceb had to stay home because of the musical. it's sad/weird to be on a trip without her.
